David Mitchell was voted to the Ohio APSE Board!

Congratulations David!

In May, David Mitchell, Project Manager with MEORC was voted to the Ohio APSE Board, Association of People Supporting Employment First.  After three years of rewarding work with County Boards in Region V and across Ohio, the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Ohio Association of County Boards on the Employment Navigation Technical Assistance Liaison (ENTAL) project, David is looking forward to continuing to support the tenets of Employment First that he shares with APSE- real jobs for real pay for all people with disabilities and that everyone has abilities to contribute and that their work should be recognized and rewarded with fair pay, creating inclusive workplaces. APSE believes that employment enriches and adds meaning to every life, and that workplaces and communities are enhanced when they embrace differences.  APSE is the only national organization devoted to Employment First, and has worked for decades on policy, advocacy, and sharing the best practices, tools and connections to move the needle forward toward inclusive, fair employment for all.  Please join us in congratulating David on his APSE Board membership and continued success in supporting job seekers with developmental disabilities!  https://apse.org/
