The PCBDD developed their new Strategic Plan to propel them into the future to support a Community Without Barriers.

PCBDD Strategic Planning Committee

The Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities spent 2 days in August developing their new Strategic Plan that will guide them from January 2020 through December 2022. The County Board was able to receive input from over 230 individuals served, family members, staff members, providers, community members and key community partners. This information was used by their Strategic Planning Committee to develop their new organizational goals, strategic objectives and new initiatives.

Strategic Plans help organizations discover available options and determine methods and priorities for achieving them. The Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities did an outstanding job of developing the vision to propel them into the future to support a Community Without Barriers
