Our Hiring Process: What to Expect

MEORC's hiring process: 1. Review applications. 2. Conduct phone interview. 3. The first interview is virtual using Microsoft Teams with the HR and Supervisor of the position. 4. The second interview is in person with the Executive Director and Director of the position. 5. The final step is to make an offer to the best candidate for the role.
