MEORC provisional RSC Services eliminates the need to cross-train internal staff on MUI filing and meets County Board short-term emergency needs. MEORC RSC staff provide interim services to assist County Boards in the recognition, ruling out MUIs, collection of related information, internal and external notifications, ITS reporting requirements, and closure of MUIs in accordance with the timelines established in the MUI rule.
